摘　　要：为提高海域使用率和综合管理效率,满足海域评估需求,高效管理海域评估信息,设计了一种数据分布式存储的基于GIS的海域评估信息管理系统。该系统以Visual Studio 2012为开发环境,采用C~#编程语言,利用MapGIS K9和SQL Server数据库进行开发,设计了地图浏览、双向查询、鹰眼导航、表单制作、数据查询和空间分析等功能,实现了海域使用权价值评估信息的标准化和可视化,为海域使用权价值评估提供了决策支持,对海洋可持续发展具有重要意义。In order to improve the usage rate and the comprehensive management efficiency, meet the needs of sea area assessment, manage the evaluation information sea area efficiently, this paper designed a kind of data distributed storage sea area assessment information management system based on GIS. Taking Visual Studio 2012 as the development environment, the paper used C~# programming language, MapGIS K9 and SQL Server technology to design the system. This system realized the functions, such as the map browsing, two-way query, eagle eye navigation, form production, data query and spatial analysis, and made the sea area assessment information standardization and visualization, which was meaningful for marine sustainable development.
