摘 要:电机驱动系统中大功率开关器件在关断过程产生严重的电磁干扰问题,对其抑制方法的研究成为热点。分析IGBT控制原理及电压波形,利用Saber软件建立电机驱动系统模型,在传导干扰测试频率范围内,考虑无源器件的寄生参数,仿真传统门极控制、动态电压上升控制以及有源门极控制的直流侧和交流侧共模/差模干扰,通过对比得到有源门极控制下对系统干扰的抑制效果更好,有效降低系统的共模/差模干扰。基于有源门极控制方法,在改变IGBT开关频率的情况下分析干扰波形,对电力电子装置传导电磁干扰的抑制分析具有重要意义。High power insulated gate bipolar transistor of the electric vehicle motor control system generated serious problem of electromagnetic interference during switching process,electromagnetic interference suppression on IGBT has become hot.the IGBT control theory and voltage waveforms were analyzed,Saber software was uesd to establish motor drive system,parasitic parameters of passive devices were considered.The conventional gate control,dynamic voltage rise control and active gate control common-mode/differentialmode were simulated under DC side and AC side in the conducted interference test frequency range,by contrast,interference suppression of system was better under the active gate control,and reduced the commonmode/differentialmode interference of the system effectively.Based on the active gate control method,the interference waveform is analyzed in the case of changing the switching frequency of the IGBT,it is also a great significance for suppressing and analyzing the transmissionelectromagnetic interference on power electronic device.
