基于系统动力学的网络信息生态系统运行机理模型及优化策略研究

摘　　要：描述了网络信息生态系统的概念、要素组成并构建了概念模型,分析了网络信息生态系统失衡的原因,从"实现、维持、恢复"3种机制一体化的视角归纳网络信息生态系统平衡运行的驱动因子,利用系统动力学从整体上构建网络信息生态系统的运行机理模型。根据机理建立信息人行为规范化机制、利用本体描述不良信息、制定语义推理规则挖掘潜在不良信息、安装缺陷监测装置修复信息环境漏洞,优化网络信息生态系统的运行效果。The paper defi ned the concept,described the elements,constructs conceptual model and analyzed the imbalance causes of network information ecology system.The author revealed the driving factors from overall perspective of how network information ecology system keeps balancing by three kinds of mechanism such as realization mechanism,maintenance mechanism and recovery mechanism.Th e author also constructed an operation mechanism model of network information ecology system by using system dynamics under the systemic theory.At the end,the paper gave some strategies to optimize the operation efficiency of network information ecology system,such as built information users’behavior normalization mechanism used ontology to describe the ill information,made the semantic reasoning rules to mining potential ill information,installed a defect monitoring device to repair the vulnerability of information environment.
