摘 要:针对现有吸水材料存在耐高温性能差的问题,以丙烯酸钠为聚合单体,环己烷为连续相,Span80为分散剂,四烯丙基氯化铵为交联剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用反相悬浮聚合法制备了耐高温吸水材料。探讨了交联剂浓度、分散剂用量和引发剂浓度等对吸水材料在不同温度条件下吸水性能的影响,并对吸水材料结构进行分析。最佳的聚合条件:分散剂、交联剂、引发剂占单体的质量分数分别为5.00%,0.14%,0.10%,在此条件下制备的吸水材料在200℃的蒸馏水中的吸水倍率为400 g/g,耐高温性能良好。New high temperature resistant water absorption materials were prepared via reversed phasesuspension polymerization with sodium acrylate as monomer,cyclohexane as continuous phase,Span80asdispersing agent,tetraallylammonium chloride as crosslinker and ammonium persulphate as initiator respectively.The factors such as the mass fraction of dispersing agent,the concentration of crosslinker and initiator that affectthe water absorbency were investigated at different temperatures.The materials were characterized as well.The optimum reaction conditions are concluded as follows:the mass fraction of dispersing agent,crosslinker,initiator in monomer are5.00%,0.14%,0.10%respectively,under which the water absorbency of the materialsynthesized is400g/g in distilled water at200℃and performs well in temperature resistance.
