摘　　要：分别以自制透明易加工线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)(简称TEP-LLDPE)与LLDPE DFDA 9047为原料,经挤出机熔融吹膜制备了LLDPE膜,采用差示扫描量热仪、凝胶渗透色谱仪、电子万能试验机、雾度仪和旋转流变仪等研究了TEP-LLDPE与DFDA 9047的结晶行为、流变行为、热性能以及相应膜的力学性能、光学性能等。结果发现:TEP-LLDPE膜具有较好的力学性能,且光学性能、加工性能得到改善。最后简要分析其各项性能得到改善的原因。Self-made transparent easily-processing linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)(TEPLLDPE)and DFDA9047were used as raw materials to prepare LLDPE films respectively via melt blowing byextruder.The crystallization behavior,rheological behavior,thermo properties of TEP-LLDPE and DFDA9047as well as the mechanical and optical properties of the films were observed by differential scanning calorimeter,gel permeation chromatograph,electric universal testing machine,haze meter and rotational rheometer.Theresults show that the TEP-LLDPE films have excellent mechanical properties.The optical properties andprocessing performance are improved as well.It probes into the causes of improvement of the films.
