摘　　要：介绍了国外聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)及其膜片四大生产商——美国伊士曼化学品公司、日本积水化学公司、美国杜邦公司和日本可乐丽公司的生产情况,分析了主要消费国——美国、西欧、日本的消费情况和市场发展现状。2016年,美国PVB的消费量达到62.0 kt,预计2017-2022年的年均增长率约为5.4%,西欧消费量的年均增长率约为6.5%,日本市场也呈现进口量缓慢递增的趋势。最后介绍了国内PVB及其膜片的生产、消费情况,以及市场发展状况。国外PVB产品具有较好的安全性、抗穿透性、结构完整性、太阳能量控制性、隔音性、防紫外线等特性,我国PVB产品研发方向应该为高黏度PVB的开发。This paper introduces four major producers of polyvinyl butyral(PVB)and PVB membrane,which include DuPont,Eastman,Sekisui Chemical,and Kuraray.The consumption market of the major consumersare analyzed which cover US,Western Europe,and Japan.The consumption of PVB in US has reached62.0ktby2016,and the annual average growth rate will be5.4%between2016and2020.The average rise is6.5%in Western Europe and the import shows a slow increase in Japan as well.The production,consumption andmarket development of PVB and PVB membrane in China are described.The imported PVB products performwell in safety,penetration resistance,structure integrity,solar energy controllability,acoustical insulationand ultraviolet proof,therefore,the research and development of PVB in China is heading high viscosity PVB.
