摘  要:校企合作教育存在学校适应企业需求的能力不强、企业参与校企合作的动力不足、学生缺乏基本的职业素养等问题。根据中间层理论,学校同企业之间存在中间层组织,该中间层组织能够为学校和企业节约合作成本,使经由中间层的合作比直接合作更具有优势。中间层组织具体包括人才服务商、产业园区、第三方电子商务服务平台及政府。经由中间层组织的参与能够降低校企合作成本,扩大学校合作企业的规模,构建稳定的、长期有效的合作机制。School enterprise cooperation(SEC)education faces many problems such as the weak ability ofschool meeting the needs of enterprises,the lack of motivation of enterprise participation in SEC education,the lack of students’basic occupation literacy and other issues.According to the intermediation theory,thereare intermediaries between school and enterprises,which can save the cost for the cooperation betweenschools and enterprises,and provide more advantages through indirect cooperation than direct cooperation.These intermediaries include personnel services,industrial park,the third-party e-commerce serviceplatform and the government.It can reduce the cost of SEC,expand the school enterprise cooperation scaleand build a stable,long-term and effective cooperation mechanism through the participation of theintermediaries.
