摘　　要：互联网经过20多年的商业化发展，正在进入网络平台时代，一些互联网巨头开始向超级网络平台迈进。超级网络平台作为新的商业模式具有很大的社会价值。但是由于其开放与网络效应，可聚合数以十亿的用户群，对现有的网络治理模式也提出了挑战。虽然有国内外学者对网络平台进行了多角度研究，但当下的理论和知识体系尚不足以完全回答超级网络平台的治理难题。超级网络平台的治理需要平台参与者、政府和学界的共同探索，针对不断出现的新问题提出新的解决思路。The Internet is entering the era of network platform after more than20years’commercialdevelopment.Some Internet giants are beginning to move to supernet platforms.As a new businessmodel,supernet platform has great social value.But due to its open and network effects,it canaggregate billions of users and challenge existing network governance models.Although scholarsat home and abroad have conducted a multi-angle study on the Internet platform,the currenttheoretical and knowledge systems are not enough to fully answer the governance problems ofsupernet platforms.The governance of the supernet platform requires the joint exploration ofplatform participants,government and academia to address the emerging problems.
