摘 要:为了研究喷油压力对柴油雾化质量的影响,采用马尔文法分别在20MPa、24MPa和28MPa喷油压力下对柴油的微观喷雾特性进行了试验研究。结果表明:随着喷油压力的逐渐增大,雾化油滴索特平均直径逐渐减小,柴油的尺寸数目分布曲线和累积体积分布曲线均向小尺寸方向偏移,雾化油滴的发散边界逐渐减小,小尺寸油滴增多,大尺寸油滴减少,说明增大喷油压力可以提高柴油的雾化质量;28MPa时索特平均直径虽然较小,但相对尺寸范围较大,雾化油滴分布均匀性较差,说明有时平均直径虽小,但雾化油滴分布均匀性可能较差。In order to study on the effect of injection pressure at the atomization quality of diesel.The micro-spraycharacteristics of diesel were tested at20MPa,24MPa and28MPa injection pressure respectively by using the Malvern laserparticle size analyzer.The results show that with the increase of the injection pressure,the Sauter average diameter of theatomized diesel droplet decreases gradually.Curves of diesel droplet size number distribution and cumulative droplet sizedistribution based on volume move towards small diameters.The smaller size of the diesel droplets increased,large sizediesel droplets decreased.Indicating that increasing the injection pressure can improve the atomization of dieselquality.When28MPa the average diameter of Sauter is smaller.But the relative size range,atomization diesel dropletdistribution uniformity is poor.Indicating that the average diameter is small,the distribution of atomized diesel droplets maybe poor.
