摘　　要：湿式双离合器自动变速器对线束有着严格的要求,通过接插件的选型、导线的选型、线束走向及布置、固定点的选择等,确定出线束的具体方案,根据以上线束方案结合生产工艺制造出样件。根据线束的工作环境制定线束的测试大纲,按照测试大纲完成一系列测试验证,特别是振动测试,经过所有的测试后,才能将线束应用在双离合器自动变速器上。Wet dual clutch transmission has strict requirements for wire harness.By the selection of connectors.theselection of wire and harness layout,the selection of fixed points and so on make out harness concretescheme.And thencombine manufacturing technique create prototype.According to the work environment of wiring harness formulateharness test outline.Based on test outline completed a series of tests.Especially the vibration test.After all the tests toapply the wiring harness on the dual clutch transmission.
