摘　　要：目的分析护理干预对眼外伤所致眼球摘除患者负性情绪以及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取来我院就医的因眼外伤所致眼球摘除患者(60例、2015年1月11日~2016年1月21日)作为本次研究的对象,通过动态化随机单双号分组的方法将其分为两组,分别给予普通护理、个性化护理干预,探究两组患者焦虑自评量表评分、睡眠质量评分、护理满意度的差异性。结果观察组患者的焦虑自评量表评分为:(32.14±5.14)分,睡眠质量评分为(9.41±2.55)分,护理满意度为99.67%(29/30);其结果与对照组患者的结果 [焦虑自评量表评分(46.66±5.98)分;睡眠质量评分(15.47±2.57)分;护理满意度:66.67%]相比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论护理干预对眼外伤所致眼球摘除患者的负性情绪以及睡眠质量具有一定的影响作用,可有效改善其症状,提高预后效果。Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on negative emotion and sleep quality in patients with ocular trauma caused by ocular trauma.Methods60patients with enucleation of eyeball due to ocular trauma in our hospital from January11,2015to January21,2016were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the method of randomized single odd number,they wre divided into two groups:normal nursing and personalized nursing intervention.The differences of anxiety scores,sleep quality score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results The scores of anxiety self-rating scale were(32.14±5.14),the sleep quality score was(9.41±2.55),and the nursing satisfaction was99.67%(29/30).The results were compared with those of the control group[anxiety Self-rating scale score(46.66±5.98)points,sleep quality score(15.47±2.57)points,nursing satisfaction:66.67%],P<0.05,the difference was more significant.Conclusion Nursing intervention has a certain effect on the negative emotion and sleep quality of eyeballs caused by ocular trauma.It can effectively improve the symptoms,and improve the prognosis.
