摘　　要：目的探讨肥胖2型糖尿病患者最佳的护理方法。方法将我院2015年12月~2016年12月期间收治的68例肥胖2型糖尿病患者,分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采取传统的护理方法。观察组患者在此基础上,进行综合优质护理干预,即分别从用药干预和中医护理等几方面开展护理工作。结果分别从患者的糖脂代谢指标、用药和饮食依从性几方面,对护理效果进行评价,观察组患者均取得了更为理想的效果,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肥胖2型糖尿病患者,采取综合优质护理干预的方法,效果显著。Objective To explore the best nursing methods for obese patients with type2diabetes mellitus.Methods68cases of obesity patients with type2diabetes in our hospital from December2015to December2016were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group.Patients in control group were treated with traditional nursing methods.Patients in study group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of control group,namely drug intervention and nursing of traditional Chinese medicine and other aspects to carry out nursing work.Results From patients with glucose and lipid metabolism,medication and diet compliance aspects to evaluate the effect of nursing,patients in the observation group were obtained more ideal effect,compared with the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with type2diabetes mellitus is effective.
