摘　　要：目的研究PDCA循环构建医院高危药品安全支持体系的应用效果。方法根据国际医疗卫生机构认证联合委员会的认证标准,我院采用PDCA(计划、执行、检查、处理)循环管理方法对我院高危药品使用建立安全支持体系,观察实施前及实施一年后的实施质量情况。结果对比实施前后管理问题,结果实施后医务人员正确认知率、存储条件合格率、差错上报率、管理满意度均显著高于实施前(P<0.05)。实施前管理混乱,无专人管理,没有做到专区存放和放置专用警示标识,且对药品有效期无检查记录,实施后以上不规范现象得到明显改善,分别在实施前以及实施后选取100例患者调查用药事故及用药满意度情况,结果实施后用药事故发生率(1.0%)显著低于实施前(7.0%),患者满意度(97.0%)显著高于实施前(82.0%),P<0.05。结论应用PDCA循环管理法构建我院高危药品安全支持体系,能够加强我院在高危药品使用的制度化,并且有效提高了患者的用药安全,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle to construct high risk drug safety support system in hospital.Methods According to the certification standards of the Joint Commission of international medical and health institutions,Our hospital adopteds PDCA(plan,execution,examination and treatment)cycle management method to establish safety support system for high-risk drugs in our hospital.The quality of implementation before and after the implementation of one year was observed.Results Compared with the management problems before and after implementation,the correct cognition rate,storage condition qualified rate,error reporting rate and management satisfaction of medical staff were significantly higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).Before the implementation of management confusion,no special management,did not do the District store and placed special warning signs,and the validity of the drug had no record of inspection.After the implementation of the above nonstandard phenomenon had been significantly improved,respectively,before and after the implementation of the100cases were selected for investigation of medication accidents and medication satisfaction.The incidence of medication accidents(1%)was lower than that before implementation(7%),and the patient satisfaction(97%)was significantly higher than that before implementation(82%),P<0.05.Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management method to construct high risk drug safety support system in our hospital can strengthen the institutionalization of highrisk drugs in our hospital,and effectively improve the safety of patient medication.It is worth promoting the application.
