摘　　要：目的探讨非剥脱性点阵激光治疗早期外伤性切口瘢痕的临床疗效。方法采用非剥脱性点阵激光治疗的28例外伤性切口瘢痕患者为研究对象,根据疗效评定标准对治疗效果进行评价。结果经非剥脱性点阵激光治疗后,全部28例外伤性切口瘢痕患者,15例治疗效果达到显效(53.57%),13例患者治疗效果为改善(46.43%),总有效率100%。结论非剥脱性点阵激光对早期外伤性切口瘢痕有良好的治疗效果,应用安全、不良反应小,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of non ablative lattice laser in the treatment of early traumatic incision scar.Methods28cases of wound scar cured with non ablative lattice laser in our hospital were slected as the study object.The therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the evaluation criteria.Results After the non ablative lattice laser,all the28patients with traumatic incision scar,there were15cases of the curative effect(53.57%),13cases of improved treatment effect(46.43%),and the total effective rate was100%.Conclusion Clinical of non ablative lattice laser in the treatment of early traumatic incision scar is good.Application is safe,and adverse reaction is less.It is worthy of clinical application.
