三种宫内节育器临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的对三种不同类型宫内节育器的临床效果进行分析与探讨。方法选取本站自2012年3~8月自愿放置三种宫内节育器者共计690例,随机对其进行宫内节育器放置,对置器后1年内临床效果及不良反应发生率进行统计与分析。结果所有研究对象中共有74(10.72%)例出现了不良反应。其中A组有32(13.91%)例出现不良反应,明显高于B组的22(9.57%)例与C组的20(8.70%)例。A组与B组不良反应率相对比得出χ~2=4.098,P=0.047;A组与C组不良反应率相对比得出χ~2=4.122,P=0.007;其间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组与C组不良反应率相对比得出χ~2=0.105,P=0.746,组间对比没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组在带器妊娠、脱落、出血疼痛取出、与IUD有关终止率等方面均高于B组、C组,续用率低于B组、C组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三种宫内节育器经临床验证均得到了良好的避孕效果,其中以MCu375宫内节育器的临床效果为最佳,医务工作者需在临床工作当中对接受置入手术对象的实际情况进行具体了解与分析,依据对象实际情况对宫内节育器进行选择,减少对象放置宫内节育器之后的不良反应,降低对象痛苦。Objective To analyze and explore the clinical effect of three kinds of intrauterine devices.Methods690cases who voluntarily placed three kinds of intrauterine devices in this center from March2012to August2012were selected.They were randomly given placement of intrauterine devices.After1year of placement of intrauterine devices,clinical effect and rate of adverse reactions were given statistics and analysis.Results Among all research objects,74cases(10.72%)were with adverse reactions.There were32cases(13.91%)with adverse reactions in group A,significantly higher than those in group B(9.57%)and group C(8.70%).Comparison of rate of adverse reactions between group A and group B suggestedχ2=4.098,P=0.047.Comparison of rate of adverse reactions between group A and group C suggestedχ2=4.122,P=0.007.Difference between two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Comparison of rate of adverse reactions between group B and group C suggestedχ2=0.105,P=0.746.Difference between two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Pregnancy with IUD,falling off,removal due to bleeding and pains and termination rate related to IUD and other aspects in group A were higher than those of group A while continuation rate was lower than that of group B and group C,Differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Three kinds of IUD all have good contraceptive effects through clinical validation.Among which,MCu375IUD has the best clinical effect.Medical workers need to understand and analyze the actual situation of objects who receive placement operation in clinical work.They also need to choose proper intrauterine devices according to actual situation to reduce adverse reaction of placement of intrauterine devices and pains of objects.
