摘  要:硅藻土是一种重要的非金属矿产,具有广泛的应用前景。应进一步加强对我国硅藻土资源的调查评价;全面保护、整合现有硅藻土资源,不断提高硅藻土资源综合利用水平,实现综合利用高、中、低品位硅藻土资源;改进选矿方式,避免对硅藻结构的破坏,出品硅藻土精矿;加强硅藻土尾砂资源利用,减轻生态破坏和环境污染;引导企业实施兼并重组,规范资源开发利用秩序,促进硅藻土产业成为优势产业;依托科技创新,促进产品结构调整升级,特别是注重加大新型产品和功能材料的开发,形成专用化、功能化和系列化产品。Diatomite is an important nonmetallic mineral and has great application potentials.Therefore,we should further strengthen the investigation and evaluation of diatomite resources in China;also to strengthen comprehensive protection and integration of existing diatomite resources,and continuously improve the comprehensive utilization of diatomite resources to achieve the comprehensive utilization of high,medium and low grade diatomite resources;Meanwhile,we should prevent the destruction of diatomite structure,improve the production of pure diatomite;to strengthen the use of diatomite tailings resources to reduce ecological damage and environmental pollution;to encourage enterprises merging and acquisitions,regulate the order of development and utilization of resources,promote the diatomite industry to become a dominant industry;relying on scientific and technological innovation,and promote product structure adjustment and upgrading,in particular,focusing on increase the development of new products and functional materials,in order to develop specialized,functional and serialized products.
