摘　　要：随着医疗改革中医院不完全市场化的深入,日益紧张的医患关系备受瞩目。医生发生职业倦怠与否会直接影响医患关系,而减少医生的职业倦怠是改善医患关系最直接的途径。本文从医患关系的视角分析了医生职业倦怠的原因,并有针对性地提出相关对策及建议。With the deepening of the incomplete marketization of hospitals in the medical reform,the increasingly tensedoctor-patient relationship has attracted much attention.Whether doctors have occupation burnout or not will directlyinfl uence the relationship between doctors and patients.And reducing the burnout of doctors can effectively improve therelationship between doctors and patients.From the perspective of doctor-patient relationship,this paper analyzes thecauses of occupation burnout among medical staff,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
