摘　　要：目的:探讨家庭康复治疗对中风后遗症期患者运动功能障碍的影响。方法:选取60例患者,根据随机数字表,釆用完全随机法分配,治疗组29例,对照组31例,治疗组采用家庭康复治疗,对照组采用常规治疗方法,对治疗结果进行肌张力评定、运动功能评定、平衡功能评定和日常生活活动能力评定。结果:治疗组的肌张力评定、运动功能评定、平衡功能评定和日常生活活动能力评定结果均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:家庭康复治疗对中风后遗症期患者的运动功能恢复有显著效果。Objective:To explore the effect of family rehabilitation therapy on motor dysfunction in patientswith stroke sequelae.Methods:select60patients,according to the random number table by completelyrandom distribution method,treatment group(29cases)and control group(31cases),the treatment groupwith the family rehabilitation therapy,the control group was given conventional treatment.The muscletone was assessed,motor function assessment,assessment of balance function and activities of dailyliving ability evaluation of treatment results.Results:in the treatment group,the muscle tension,motorfunction,balance function and activities of daily living were significantly higher than those in the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family rehabilitation therapy has a significant effect on the recovery of motorfunction in patients with stroke sequelae.
