摘  要:传统方法在测量汽车发动机机体主轴承镀层硬度时,存在稳定性差、测量耗时长的不足,而且难以获得满意的测量精度。提出一种基于位置聚类的维氏镀层硬度测量方法研究,首先进行轴瓦的合金镀层制备实验,分析不同的镀液配方和控制参数对主轴承硬度快速测量的影响;提取维氏硬度测量压痕四周的边缘点,基于最小二乘法对压痕边缘进行归类和拟合,获取压痕的边缘直线,提高硬度检测的精度,实现对基体主轴承镀层硬度的快速测量。实验证明,提出的镀层硬度测量方法测量速度快、精度高、能够满足发动机整体检测的要求。The traditional method is to measure the hardness of the main bearing coating of automobileengine,the system stability is poor,the speed is slow,it is difficult to obtain satisfactory measurementaccuracy.A study on measurement method of Vivtorinox hardness clustering based on the first position,the bearing alloy coating preparation experiment,analysis of the effect of bath compositions and differentcontrol parameters measurement of main bearing hardness;indentation hardness measurement extractionVivtorinox around the edge points,classification and fitting of the indentation edge by the least squaremethod based on edge get straight line indentation,hardness measuring precision and fast measurementof main bearing matrix hardness.The experimental results show that the coating hardness measurementmethod is fast and accurate,and can meet the requirements of the whole engine testing.
