摘　　要：目的:探讨双向等压引流术治疗高位复杂肛瘘的临床效果。方法:收治高位复杂肛瘘患者48例,分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用低位切开高位挂线术治疗,试验组采用双向等压引流术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗效果、术后肛门功能评分、疼痛评分和创面愈合时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双向等压引流术治疗高位复杂肛瘘的临床效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of bidirectional isobaric drainage in the treatment of high complex anal fistula.Methods:48patients with high complex anal fistula were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimentalgroup.The control group was treated with low incision and high hanging line operation.The experimental group was treated bybidirectional isobaric drainage.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the treatmenteffect,postoperative anal function score,pain score and wound healing time were significantly better than those of the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of bidirectional isobaric drainage in the treatment of high complex anal fistula wassignificant.
