摘　　要：目的:探讨急诊手术治疗上矢状窦损伤的临床疗效。方法:收治上矢状窦损伤患者20例,采用急诊手术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:良好率80%。治疗后患者神经功能缺损程度均显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:急诊手术治疗上矢状窦损伤的临床疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of emergency surgical treatment for superior sagittal sinus injury.Methods:20patients with superior sagittal sinus injuries were selected.They were treated with emergency surgery.We observed the treatmenteffect.Results:The good rate was80%.After treatment,the degree of neurologic impairment was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of emergency surgical treatment for superior sagittal sinus injury was significant.
