加减补肺汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺脾气虚证的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨加减补肺汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺脾气虚证的疗效。方法:收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者100例,分为对照组及观察组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用加减补肺汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,半年内急性发作次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加减补肺汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺脾气虚证的疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Jia Jian Bu Fei decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonarydisease at stable phase with Fei Pi Qi Xu Zheng.Methods:100patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable phasewere selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventionaltreatment.The observation group was treated with Jia Jian Bu Fei Decoction.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the number ofacute attacks in the six months was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of JiaJian Bu Fei Decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable phase with Fei Pi Qi Xu Zheng wassignificant.
