摘　　要：目的:探讨肾康注射液治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床效果。方法:收治慢性肾衰竭患者96例,分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用基础治疗,治疗组采用肾康注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率、Scr、BUN、24 h尿蛋白定量均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肾康注射液治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Shen Kang injection in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods:96patients with chronic renal failure were selected.They were divided into the control group and the treatment group.The controlgroup was treated with basic treatment.The treatment group was treated with Shen Kang injection.We compared the therapeuticeffects of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate,Scr,BUN,and24hours urine protein were significantlybetter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Shen Kang injection in the treatment of chronicrenal failure was significant.
