健康教育处方在老年内科优质护理示范病房中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨健康教育处方用于老年内科优质护理示范病房中的价值。方法:内科优质护理示范病房中收治老年患者238例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规口头健康教育,观察组采用健康教育处方教育,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者的健康认知水平和健康行为依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育处方用于老年内科优质护理示范病房中的价值显著。Objective:To explore the application value of health education prescription in high quality nursing demonstration wardof geriatric medicine.Methods:238elderly patients in high quality nursing demonstration ward of internal medicine were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received routine oral healtheducation.The observation group received health education prescription education.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the patients'health cognition level and health behavior compliance were higher than the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of health education prescription in high quality nursing demonstration ward ofgeriatric medicine was significant.
