摘 要:通过机械收获、人工收获的田间试验表明,机械收获处理显著提高了蔗地土壤容重,降低甘蔗的发株率和分蘖率,但对株高和茎径没有明显影响;机械收获后甘蔗根际土壤蔗糖酶活性降低,但随着甘蔗生长,处理之间的土壤蔗糖酶活性差异逐渐缩小,而土壤脲酶活性高于人工收获处理。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different harvesting methods on soil enzyme activities andagronomic traits of sugarcane.Compared with manual harvesting,mechanical harvesting significantly increased the soil bulkdensity and decreased the tillering rate of sugarcane significantly.But there was no effect on plant height and stem diameter.After harvest,the soil enzyme activities were increased.With the growth of sugarcane,the difference of soil enzyme activitiesbetween the two treatments was reduced.
