摘　　要：针对高校图书馆存在图书馆资源数字化单一、共享困难、无法服务于地方经济的问题,基于条件支付模型,构建了一个高校图书馆数字化共享系统,该系统首先保证高校图书馆能满足学生数字化教学的基本要求,又能完成自己的重要使命,服务于地方经济。在确保数字化的基本要求下,进行数字化的全面共享,又保证了图书馆和购买用户双方的公平性。同时新系统具有公平性、匿名性和保密性。Aiming at some problems such as the single digital library resources,the difficulty of the sharing and the unavailable serving for the local economy,this paper builds a digital sharing system of university library based on the conditional payment model.The system assures the basic requirement of the education and the service for the local economy.It not only realizes the digital sharing,but also guarantees the fairness of library and user.Meanwhile,the new system has fairness,anonymity and confidentiality.
