摘　　要：马口铁三片罐是食品饮料的重要包装形式,在市场上具有广泛的应用。由于所包装内容物的腐蚀、加工变形和涂层破损等原因,实罐不可避免地会发生腐蚀失效问题,造成产品质量问题和经济损失。对于马口铁三片罐的腐蚀问题,需要材料供应商、制罐和实罐企业共同解决,从原辅材料、空罐质量和加工工艺等各个环节加以预防。本文主要从制罐角度分析了马口铁三片罐腐蚀的常见原因,提出了预防罐体腐蚀问题的相应措施。The tinplate three-piece can is an important part of metal packaging,which is widely used in food and beverage packaging.Due to the corrosion of contents,processing deformation,coating damage and other reasons,the corrosion of cans will occur inevitably,which leads to quality problems and economic losses.The corrosion prevention of tinplate three-piece can should solve by material suppliers,metal packaging and canning enterprises.In this paper,the common causes of the corrosion were analyzed in tinplate three-piece can,and the corresponding measures to prevent the corrosion were proposed.
