摘 要:针对垃圾焚烧后的排烟含水率过高、温度过高、汽化潜热白白浪费等现象,提出一种低温烟气的深度余热回收方法。此方法采用热管等高效换热设备回收烟气显热与水蒸汽潜热,大幅提高余热回收效率,其具有流程简单、结构紧凑、占地面积小、投资少、运行费用低等优点,因而有较好的发展前景和推广价值。In view of the fact that the moisture content of the smoke after incineration is high,the temperature is high,andthe latent heat of vaporization is wasted,the method of deep waste heat recovery was discussed.This method uses heat pipeand other high-efficiency heat exchange equipment to recover the sensible heat of flue gas and the latent heat of steam,which greatly improves the waste heat recovery efficiency.The process is simple,compact,small footprint,and with lowinvestment and low running cost,therefore the prospect for the development and promotion is high.
