摘  要:目的:探讨莫西沙星所致不良反应的规律及特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:检索2001—2016年我国中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)收载的莫西沙星所致不良反应的个案文献82篇,并就收集到的病例相关信息进行统计和分析。结果:共收集110例莫西沙星所致不良反应。临床表现以中枢神经系统、免疫系统、肝胆系统、心血管系统损害较多。年龄≥60岁的老年患者更易发生不良反应(占50.9%),且随着年龄增长而呈上升趋势。同时要关注和警惕莫西沙星所致横纹肌溶解症及周围神经病变。结论:临床应加强对莫西沙星ADR的监测,促进合理用药,降低ADR的发生率。Objective:To discuss clinical feature of adverse drug reaction(ADR)related to moxifloxacin,to provide reference for clinical safety of drugs.Methods:We retrieved journal database in Chinese from the year2001to2016.Adverse reactions clinical data of82case reports involved with moxifloxacin were collected and analyzed.Results:We collected110cases patients with ADR induced by moxifloxacin.The adverse reactions can most affect central nervous system,immunologic system,hepatobiliary system and cardiovascular system.Those patients who were older than60were more vulnerable(50.9%).Moreover,ADR were increased with ages.Rhabdomyolysis and peripheral neuropathy was warned.Conclusion:Clinical application of moxifloxacin should strengthen monitoring the ADR,improve medication safety,and reduce the incidence of ADR.
