孟鲁司特联合小儿止咳颗粒治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨孟鲁司特联合小儿止咳颗粒治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取安阳市人民医院2015年9月—2016年6月收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)儿童116例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患儿58例采用孟鲁司特治疗,观察组患儿58例采用孟鲁司特联合小儿止咳颗粒治疗。比较两组患儿的止咳时间、鼻塞缓解时间以及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数(Eosinophil,EOS)。比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果:两组患儿治疗后的外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数EOS较治疗前均有所改善(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗后的EOS显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的止咳时间、鼻塞缓解时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的临床总有效率(96.55%)明显好于对照组(72.41%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿均未见明显的不良反应症状。结论:孟鲁司特联合小儿止咳颗粒治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效显著,可明显缩短患儿的治疗时间,降低不良反应风险,具有较高安全性,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of montelukast combined with children cough granule in the treatment for cough variant asthma.Methods:116children with cough variant asthma(CVA)selected as research object in Anyang People's Hospital from September2015to June2016were divided into two groups by random number table method.58children received montelukast as control group.58children received montelukast combined with children cough granule as observation group.Cough time,nasal congestion time and peripheral blood eosinophil count EOS were compared between two groups.Clinical treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:Compared with before treatment,peripheral blood eosinophil count EOS improved significantly after treatment in two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,EOS in observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Cough time and nasal congestion time in observation group were significantly less than control group(P<0.05).Total effective rate in observation group(96.55%)was significantly better than control group(72.41%),while the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in two groups.Conclusion:Montelukast combined with children cough granule have significant effect in treatment for cough variant asthma,which can significantly shorten treatment time and reduce the risk of adverse reaction.That also has high safety and worth of clinical use.
