Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of anisodamine(654-2)and phentolamine in the treatment of septic shock in premature infants.Methods:40cases of infectious shock premature infants treated in our hospital from February2015to February2017were selected as the research object.According to the different methods of clinical treatment, they were divided into the control group and the study group. There were20children in each group. The children in the control group were treated with phentolamine, and the patients in the study group were treated with anisodamine(654-2)on the basis of phentolamine. The changes of cytokines before and after clinical treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:Plasma IL-6,IL-8,TNF-alpha and CRP content was decreased significantly after treatment in both of the two groups, while the study group decreased more obvious compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phentolamine combined with anisodamine(654-2)can effectively improve hemodynamics and renal function for infections of premature infants in shock. The clinical effect is remarkably decreased if only use anisodamine(654-2)or phentolamine alone.
