摘 要:采用气相色谱—质谱同时测定香味文具中37种致敏源物质的含量。样品以二氯甲烷为溶剂,萃取后离心定容,用VF-5MS毛细管柱分离。在质谱分析中,用选择离子扫描模式下测定。37种致敏源物质在一定的质量浓度范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的测定下限(10S/N)在0.5~2.5mg/kg之间。以空白样品为基准进行加标回收试验,所得回收率在83.1%~109%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在2.4%~15.3%之间。GC-MS was applied to the determination of37allergens in fragrant stationery products.The sample was dissolved with dichloromethane.The analytes were separated on VF-5MS capillary chromatographic column,and determined by MS under selected ion monitoring mode.Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the6phthalates were kept in definite ranges,with lower limits of determination(10S/N)in the range of0.13-4.61mg·kg-1.On the base of blank sample,test for recovery was made by standard addition method;values of recovery found were in the range of83.1%~109%,with RSD's(n=6)in the range of2.4%~15.3%.
