青海省民和县满坪镇羊泰勒虫感染调查及药物防治试验

摘　　要：羊泰勒虫病是由泰勒科泰勒属原虫引起的一种梨形虫病,以侵袭牛、羊、骆驼和其他野生动物的网状内皮系统细胞和红细胞为主要特征。在青海省民和县满坪镇进行羊泰勒虫病调查发现,红细胞染虫率在1‰~5‰之间,平均为3.2‰,淋巴结穿刺物涂片中发现有呈紫红色的石榴体。用伊维菌素和螨净2种药物进行预防试验,表明2种药物均可降低泰勒虫病的发生率,其中伊维菌素注射液的使用效果比螨净好。Ovine theileriosis is a giardiasis caused by protozoan of the Taylor Genus,Taylor Family,with the invasionof the reticuloendothelial system and red blood cells of cattle,sheep,camel and other wild animals as the main feature.Ovine theileriosis was investigated in Manping Town of Minhe County,Qinghai Province.The infestation ratio ofparasitized red blood cells was between1‰~5‰,with an average of3.2‰.There were purple pomegranate bodies inthe smears of lymph node needle biopsies.The preventive trial showed that the2kinds of drugs such as Ivermectin andMiticide,to prevent trials,which showed that the2drugs could reduce the occurrence of Ovine theileriosis,and theeffect of Ivermectin Injection was better than the Miticide.
