摘　　要：文章通过对档案开放和档案信息公开关系的阐述,明确档案信息公开的概念及内涵。文章以美国档案信息公开情况为借鉴对象,将中美两国档案信息公开进程,档案信息公开法律体系的制定沿革和档案信息公开的内容作对比,以期发现影响中国的档案信息公开进展的因素,提出合理化建议,推动中国档案信息公开进程。The article expounds the concept and connotation of archival information disclosurethrough the relationship between the opening of archives and the disclosure of archival information,and has a comparative study on the development of archival information disclosure process,thedevelopment of archival information disclosure legal system and the content of archival informationdisclosure,in order to discover the factors that affect the progress of archival information disclosurein china,put forward rationalization proposals and fially to promote the development and utilizationof archives information resources.
