摘　　要：档案中介机构治理法规体系的构建,对规范其档案活动,维护国家档案安全有重要保障作用。通过梳理档案中介机构法规体系建设状况,分析存在问题,提出其治理法规体系构建对策。我国档案中介机构治理法规体系的建设完善,对提升档案中介机构服务质量,维护国家档案的安全有现实意义。The construction of the regulation system of archival agencies plays an important role instandardizing their archives activities and maintaining the safety of national archives.The papercombs the construction of the law system of the archival agencies,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of its governance laws and regulationssystem.The paper holds that the construction and perfection of the regulation system of the archivalagencies in China is of practical significance for improving the service quality of the archivalagencies and safeguarding the safety of the national archives.
