摘　　要：在档案信息化建设的深入发展阶段,尤其需要采用优化成本效益的策略。应用现代经济学理论中的成本效益和边际效益等理论,在信息化的内涵、单位内各部门、行业系统和区域合作等视角下,制订档案信息化建设的一体化策略,并以适合经济国情的顶层设计来统筹规划和协调,优化档案信息化建设的成本效益。In the deeply developing stage of archives informationization construction,especially itis needed to apply the strategy of optimizing cost-benefit.With the application of theories of costbenefitand marginal benefit in modern economics theory,in the view of the connotation ofinformationization,various departments within the unit,the industry system and regionalcooperation,etc.,the paper develops the integration strategy of archives informationizationconstruction.And,with the overall planning and coordination of the top-level design suitable fornational economic conditions,we can optimize the cost-benefit of archives informationizationconstruction.
