摘　　要：目的:探讨胸腔镜肺段切除术在肺部感染性病变治疗中的应用。方法:回顾性分析2013年1月~2015年12月本院胸外科52例接受胸腔镜肺段切除术的肺部感染性病变患者,统计患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术中钉仓使用量、术后胸腔引流时间、术后住院时间及术后并发症的发生情况。结果:全组手术均顺利完成,其中1例中转开胸。平均手术时间为(135.2±40.6)min;术中平均出血量(50.0±25.7)ml;术中平均钉仓使用(6.9±2.3)枚;术后胸腔引流平均(3.0±0.8)d,术后住院平均时间(7.2±1.9)d。术后发生2例肺部感染,5例心律失常,经治疗均顺利恢复,无围手术期死亡病例。结论:全胸腔镜下肺段切除术是安全可行的,对于病变局限于一个或几个肺段内不能楔形切除的肺部感染性病变是首选的手术方式。Objective:To investigate the The lung segment resection treatment of pulmonary lesions with Thoracoscope.Methods:A retrospective analysis from January2013to December2015in thoracic surgery department of fuzhou pulmonary hospital.52patients who underwent pulmonary segment resection about pulmonary infectious disease patients with thoracoscopy,statistic analysis the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative usage,nail storehouse,postoperative chest drainage time,postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications.Results:The whole group were successfully completed surgery,including1case of transit thoracotomy.The average operation time was(135.2±40.6)min.The average intraoperative blood loss(50.0±25.7)ml;Intraoperative use average nail storehouse(6.9±2.3)pieces;Postoperative chest drainage(3.0±0.8)days on average,the average hospitalization time(7.2±1.9)d.Postoperative lung infection occurred in2cases,5cases of arrhythmia after the operation,after the treatment were recovered,no perioperative deaths.Conclusion:Under total thoracoscopy,pulmonary resection is safe and feasible,pulmonary infectious disease patients who confined to one or a few lung segment which can't wedge resection,the lung segment resection with thoracoscopy is the preferred mode of operation.
