单颗钛金属螺钉在髁突矢状骨折治疗中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:检验单颗钛金属螺钉作为内固定材料治疗下颌骨髁突矢状骨折(Sagittal Fractures of the Mandibular Condyle,SFMC)的效果。方法:选择20例单侧SFMC患者采用耳屏前切口,单颗钛金属螺钉侧向固定治疗。术前、术后进行临床和CT检查、评价。追踪随访6个月,分析最大开口度、患侧、健侧侧向运动度。结果:所有患者术后咬合关系恢复良好。术后3个月和术后6个月时,最大开口度,患侧和健侧侧向运动度无差异性有统计学意义。术后复查CT,无骨折移位。结论:单颗钛金属螺钉内固定治疗SFMC,可以达到两颗钛金属螺钉相同的治疗效果,长期效果稳定。Objective:To clinical analysis for the Sagittal of the Mandibular Condyle by single titanium metal screws.Methods:20casesof SFMC were collected,using incisions before tragus,titanium screw fixation side of a single treatment.The Clinical analysisof clinical Body and CT in pre operation and post operation.Clinical observation of maximum opening degree,ipsilateral andcontralateral lateral motion in6months.Results:The occlusal relationship of all patients recovered well.There was no significantdifference in maximal opening degree,ipsilateral and contralateral lateral motion at3months and6months postoperatively.Conclusion:Single titanium screw as an internal fixation material for SFMC can achieve the same therapeutic effect with twotitanium screw fixation methods,and the long-term observation effect is stable.
