锁定钢板结合MIPO技术治疗老年骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究分析锁定钢板结合MIPO技术治疗老年骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法:选择2013年12月~2015年6月本院收治的骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折老年患者120例,年龄62~79岁,平均年龄(69.8±5.1)岁,按Neer分型,三型49例,四型29例,其中三型有26例合并肩关节脱位,四型有16例合并肩关节脱位。采用锁定钢板结合MIPO技术对患者进行治疗,术后进行11~25个月的回访。结果:患者的平均愈合时间(17.8±3.2)周,并发症发生率为2.5%,关节功能评价中得分为优86例,良23例,中11例,差0例,优良率为90.83%。结论:锁定钢板结合MIPO技术治疗老年骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折,愈合时间短,并发症低,优良率高,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective:To study the clinical effect of locking plate fixation combined with MIPO technique in the treatment of osteoporoticproximal humeral fractures in elderly patients.Method:Choose2013December^2015in June in our hospital from osteoporotichumeral proximal fractures in120cases of elderly patients,aged.Years,mean age(69.8±5.1)years old,according to Neer type,49cases of type three,four types of29cases,three type there are26cases of shoulder dislocation,four types with16cases of shoulderdislocation.Using locking plate combined with MIPO technique for the treatment of patients.After operation for the return of11to25months.Result:The average healing time(17.8±3.2)weeks,the incidence rate of complications was2.5%,and the score ofjoint function evaluation was excellent in86cases,good in23cases,in11cases,poor in0cases,the excellent and good rate was90.83%.Conclusion:Locking plate combined with MIPO technology in the treatment of senile osteoporotic fracture of proximalhumerus,shorter healing time,low complications,excellent high rate,it is worth to be popularized in clinical application.
