摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道超声在剖宫产瘢痕处妊娠应用价值,提高瘢痕妊娠的诊断率。方法:对2014年2月~2015年2月经手术证实的65例剖宫产瘢痕处妊娠病人超声图像进行回顾性分析,总结其超声图像特点。结果:剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕处妊娠的病变超声图像表现两种类型:(1)子宫前壁下段或宫腔下段突向瘢痕处的囊性结构;(2)子宫前壁下段混合回声包块。CSP病变前方子宫肌层变薄,以混合回声型明显,两种类型病变前方子宫肌层厚度有统计学差异。结论:剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕处妊娠的超声图像比较有特异性,经阴道超声可对该病的诊断提供有价值的信息,为临床治疗提供重要影像学资料及指导。Objective:To explore the application value of transvaginal ultrasonography in cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods:Ultrasonic imaging features of65cases withcesarean scar pregnancy between february2014and february2015were retrospectively analyzed.Results:There were two type of masses in CSP.①Cysticmasses in the anterior wall of the lower part of uterine or inside the lower part of uterine cavity.②Mix-echo masses in the anterior wall of the lower partof uterine.There was significant difference in the myometrium thickness between two type of CSP.Conclusions:There was special in the ultrasonographyimaging of CSP and the transvaginal ultrasonography was helpfor in the diagnosis of CSP.
