摘　　要：从透析液灌入和引流方式不同的角度,分别阐述了压力控制型腹膜透析设备和重力控制型腹膜透析设备实现透析液流动的基本原理。同时结合GB 9706.39-2008、YY 1274-2016和YY 1493-2016三份标准,详细分析透析液温度、压力和过量灌入三个检验难点。In this paper,the basic principles of pressure controlled peritoneal dialysis equipment and gravity controlled peritoneal dialysis equipment to realize thedialysate flow are expounded from different angles of the dialysis fluid inflow and outflow.At the same time,combined with GB9706.39-2008,YY1274-2016and YY1493-2016,a detailed analysis of dialysate temperature,pressure and excessive inflow of the three test difficulties.
