摘　　要：文章通过对Allison公司3000系列变速器的集成液力缓速器的机械结构及液压原理的分析,理解了其制动过程和性能。设计了缓速器单体试验台及液压控制阀组,再将该缓速器从变速器上拆解下来进行了单体性能试验,试验结果验证了对其性能的分析。This paper analysis the mechanical structure and hydraulic principle of the Allison3000AT integrated retarder,understand the work process and performance.Then design a test rig including the control valve blocks to test the retarderwhich was tear down from the AT.The test results improve all the designs are good.
