摘　　要：文章旨在对变速箱轴系的预紧进行探讨,论证变速箱齿轴系统进行预紧的必要性,并对齿轴系统提出一种简化的便于预紧力计算的模型,用以计算齿轴系统预紧所需的预紧力。主要针对以下三个问题:轴系需要预紧的原因分析,何时需要对轴系进行预紧,如何对轴系进行预紧。做具体阐述。This paper aims at finding a way to describe the design of DCT gear system pretension and the assembling methodwhich fulfill the pretension force needed.This paper mainly answers the following three questions:Why a gear system needsto be pretightened,In what condition a gear system needs to be pretightened,How to pretighten a gear system.
