摘 要:文章基于AVL多体动力学软件Excite_TimingDrive,对某发动机的正时齿形带系统进行动力学仿真;依据计算结果,初始方案的正时系统采用正圆形曲轴皮带轮结构,张紧力波动较大,皮带横向振动明显,为了抑制系统的波动,在系统中引入椭圆形曲轴皮带轮,通过对比正圆形和椭圆形皮带轮的动力学结果,确认了优化方案的提升和优化效果。The toothed belt system was explored in the paper by an approach of multi body dynamic simulation with AVLExcite_TimingDrive.Two different types of Crank pulley were used as the variant,which were a round shape pulley and anoval shape pulley.By applying simulation,we found the advantage of using the oval shape pulley into timing driving systemby comparing to the system which shows critical issues by using of the round shape pulley.Finally,the improved system wasrecommended based on dynamic results.
