摘　　要：通过讨论当前加工线三种平面布置的方式在投资、机床开动率、生产线运行成本的各种优缺点,创新设计一种新的平面布置,这种新的平面布置在投资、机床开动率、生产线运行成本三方面取得一个较好的平衡,获得投入和产出的高性价比。By discussing the various advantages and disadvantages of the current three machining lines layouts ininvestment,machine running rate and production line running cost,innovative design a new kind of production layout.Thisnew layout will achieve a good balance in three aspects of investment,machine running rate and production line runningcost.And get the high cost performance between the input and output.
