摘　　要：不锈钢管光单元作为OPGW等特种光缆的核心部件,其焊接质量的优劣将直接影响光缆的性能。本文以OPGW光缆用不锈钢管光单元为例,主要从焊接不良的危害、激光焊接的原理、影响激光焊接的因素、涡流检测四个方面探讨不锈钢管光单元焊接质量的控制。stainless steel tube optical unit,as the core component of OPGW and other special optical fiber cables,will directly affect theperformance of optical fiber cable.To use stainless steel tube OPGW cable unit as an example in this paper,mainly from the badwelding harm,laser welding,laser welding principle influence factors,eddy current testing to explore four aspects of stainless steel tubewelding quality control unit.
