摘 要:皮-泡-皮三层共挤绝缘结构由于其介电常数小、衰减小、损耗系数小、绝缘电阻高、绝缘结构成本低等优良的电气性能被广泛应用于铁路数字信号电缆、通信电缆和光电复合缆中,但其发泡结构的抗压强度不高,将影响电缆结构和性能的稳定性。通过选取适当的原材料,调整发泡料中材料配比及生产工艺参数,可以提高绝缘结构的抗压强度。不同材料配比的发泡度、泡孔均匀性各不相同,适当增加HDPE和成核剂含量可以提高绝缘结构的抗压强度,且最大抗压强度可达到1000N。通过各种改善措施可以大幅提高绝缘结构的抗压强度,从而满足实际应用及产品的性能要求。The three layers co-extrusion skin-foam-skin insulation structure due to its excellent electrical property,such as lower dielectricconstant,smaller attenuation and dissipation factor,higher insulation resistance,lower cost,is widely used in signal cable,communication cable and photoelectric integrated cable.But the stability of the structure and performance are influenced by itsweak compressive property of the physical foaming structure.The compressive property can be improved by adjusted material ratioand technological parameter,different material composition impact on the foaming degree and the uniformity of pore,which canbe improved by increasing the proportion of HDPE and nucleating agent,respectively.The maximum compressive strength can beachieved about1000N.The compressive strength of insulation wire can be improved largely by those of manners,which promote thisinsulation structure's practical application in actual product.
