摘　　要：利用高浓度碱对涤纶织物进行减量处理,使涤纶织物具有柔软手感、柔和光泽、良好的吸湿透气性能。产生的碱减量废水具高COD、高p H、水质水量变化大、生物降解性差等特点,因此处理难度较大。该文通过分析碱减量废水来源、水质特点、不同的废水处理技术及存在的问题,对碱减量废水处理工艺和回收对苯二甲酸(TA)的可行性及必要性进行了探讨。Using the high concentration of alkali to deal with thepolyester fabric,thepolyester fabric will have soft handle,soft luster,good wet gas absorption performance.The alkali-decrement wastewater has high COD,high pH,poor biodegradability.The quality and quantity of the water vary greatly,so the treatment is difficult.The sources of alkali-decrement wastewater,water quality characteristics,different wastewater treatments and the existing problems are analyzed.The feasibility andnecessity of the recovery of TA and the treatment of alkali-decrement wastewater are discussed.
