摘　　要：当前中等卫校实验室管理模式应用不佳,导致实验室不能充分发挥作用,有效支持实验教学和科研活动。以下本文将通过分析中等卫校实验室管理模式现状,进一步分析中心实验室管理模式的优点和弊端,探究中等卫校实验室管理模式改革对策。The inefficient application of laboratory managementmode in secondary medical schools has led to the result that laboratoriescannot fully play their role and effectively support experimentteaching and scientific research.In this paper,the writeranalyzes the status quo of laboratory management mode insecondary medical schools,further discusses the advantages anddisadvantages of the central laboratory management mode,andexplores the reform measures of laboratory management mode insecondary medical schools.
