摘　　要：伴随着屡创新高的高校毕业生数量,如何解决很多大学生一毕业就失业的问题已然成为当代社会的热点话题。本文试从离校未就业大学生就业难的成因解析、就业指导的方略创新和指导服务保障体系的建构等方面入手,给出一些初步建议。With the continuous increase in the number of collegegraduates,how to solve the employment problem of college graduateshas become a hot topic of contemporary society.This paperanalyzes the causes of the difficult employment of college graduates,and gives some preliminary suggestions from the innovationof employment guidance methods and the construction of a guaranteesystem for guidance service.
